    EDM machines, also known as CNC EDMs, EDMs, EDMs, etc., are electrical processing equipment.           Suzhou line cutting processing technology precision and efficiency:
    1, the improvement of processing accuracy
    The large-scale development of the mold industry has resulted in higher and higher requirements for mold accuracy. High-precision molds such as miniature connectors, IC plastic molds, cell phones, CD boxes, etc., have become very popular mold varieties on the market. The precision of EDM for these molds has been comprehensively improved. The dimensional processing requirements can reach ±2-3μm, the bottom corner R value requirements are less than 0.03mm, the processing surface roughness requirements are as low as Ra0.3μm, and even require mirror processing. The improvement of die EDM accuracy has benefited from the improvement of the accuracy of CNC EDM machines. Because the use of machine tools for processing, machining accuracy can not exceed the accuracy of the machine. Therefore, the general discharge machine is difficult to complete high-precision EDM. Selecting a good discharge machine is the prerequisite for ensuring the machining accuracy.     2. Improvement of processing efficiency
    Modern molds require EDM to substantially increase the efficiency of roughing and finishing while ensuring accuracy. For example, mobile phone housings, household electrical appliances, electrical appliances, and electronic instruments all require the discharge time of large-area workpieces to be significantly shortened, while at the same time reducing roughness. Some molds require no manual polishing after discharge, which not only shortens the processing time but also eliminates the trouble of post-processing, and at the same time enhances the mold quality. These efficiency requirements place higher demands on the performance of CNC EDM machines. The precision welding machine tool SA series adopts pure Swiss imported pulse power supply to greatly increase the productivity of machining. AEP automatic programming system has enhanced the retrieval function of the processing conditions, and can switch the multi-segment processing conditions.         Safe operation process:
          1. Suzhou wire cutting operators are professionally trained. After passing the examination and issuing certificates, they can operate independently.
    2. All open flames and smoking are prohibited in the operating room. Fire extinguishing equipment that extinguishes oil and fire should be provided.
    3. The inspection machinery, pulse power supply, control knob, display instrument, and exhaust fan should be kept intact and reliable during work.
    4. When loading and unloading the workpiece, positioning, correcting the electrode, and wiping the machine, the pulse power must be turned off.
    5. The work surface shall be kept 50-60 mm above the surface of the workpiece to avoid ignition of the liquid surface.
    6. Do not touch the electrodes with your hands. The operator should stand on an insulating rubber or wooden pedal.
    7. The harmful gases that are decomposed are eliminated in a timely manner. Measures should be taken or work should be stopped if the exhaust fan fails.
          High-efficiency CNC EDM machines are the capital for mold companies to expand their market space and increase their market competitiveness. The new products and new technologies they have developed are also becoming more popular.
